Woke up this morning to the strange realization that through a crazy twist of coincidences this past year my life has mimicked a fictional character. I realized I had bass icky become Sanya V Litvyak from strike witches when I returned from flight training that started at four in the morning and threw my ATP uniform on the ground before jumping back into bed. I thought that had to be the only similarity until I dug a bit deeper. Since I started flying my friends have only called me by a nick name. This new piece I'm working on is going to take some time. Even when I used the zombies from the cover of Fubar as a likeness its still taking a while to add color. I wan't to finish this and take a break for a little bit. I don't know if that will happen or not. I may take some time to work on my writing. who knows.  REM's Green is a great album! Its all I have been listening to while I work... and I just wanted to share that. It skips a little on the record player but what am I gonna do. The songs are so good and I just want to dance around and go hippie crazy. I think i need more sleep.  My Break will be listening to REM forever

I have had this strange urge to create a sword lately. I have no clue why but I just wanted to create something. I have drawn up some templates and done some measurements and I think I'm ready to make something cool. I was thinking of making a 1:1 replica of either Mio Sakamoto's katana or Perrine's rapier and decided to work on the rapier. They are so light and graceful... *sigh* but the prototype didn't turn out as I had pictured. I need to find some real supplies, not just Popsicle sticks and duct tape. If it actually turns out looking like her sword I was going to make a 501st crate to contain it. No idea how this project will turn out bu
